ADOPTION PROCESS

Step 1 - Please carefully review the Before You Adopt requirements on our website before engaging in the application process.

Step 2 - Please submit an online application by clicking the ‘Adoption Application’ button below.  An application must be received before we discuss details of any available animal.

Step 3 - Please note that our application process involves several stages of review and verification. We cannot control nor anticipate the return times of other entities and as such, any application can take up to two (2) weeks for a decision to be communicated. Inquiries related to status updates prior to the time fourteen (14) days from the date of submission have elapsed will not receive a response. PLEASE DO NOT CALL US to check on the status of your application!

Step 4 - Once your application has been approved you will either receive an approval letter with an invitation to attend our next adoption event (puppies only),  or your application will be forwarded to the appropriate foster home to meet the adult dog(s) of your preference.

PLEASE NOTE:  Adoption Events are conducted on a first come first serve basis and you must be pre-approved to attend an Adoption Event.

ADOPTION FEES & INFORMATION

2 Blondes All Breed Rescue charges adoption fees to cover necessary expenses incurred for the intake, care and housing of our animals.  Adoption fees can be paid by cash, charge or Paypal and is due upon at time of adoption with accompanying executed Adoption Agreement. 2BABR DOES NOT ACCEPT CHECKS.

PUPPY ADOPTION FEE (up to 12 months old):  $575.00

OLDER PUPPIES/YOUNG ADULTS FEE (13 months to 24 months): $375.00

ADULT ADOPTION FEE (2 years old & up):  $325.00  

(Purebred dogs may have a different adoption fee)

Please note that our adoption fee INCLUDES: 

  • Spay/Neuter

  • Rabies Vaccination

  • Distemper / Parvo Vaccines (includes series of 3 for puppies)

  • Bordetella

  • Microchip with prepaid lifetime registration

  • Deworming

All outstanding medical must be completed at one of our pre-approved veterinary offices.

Forms of Payment Accepted:

We accept cash, all major credit cards & payment through Paypal (no e-checks). No checks are accepted for the payment of adoption fees.

NOTICE TO ADOPTERS SUBMITTING ADOPTION FEES ONLINE: 

The adoption of your Pet is contingent upon the receipt and acceptance of a fully executed 2BABR Adoption Agreement in addition to the receipt of any required Adoption Fee. You will be notified electronically of the acceptance of the Adoption Agreement and receipt of any corresponding payment.
